404 or not found error message is a HTTP standard response code telling you that the client (your PC) could not communicate with the server (internet), rather the server was not able to get what was requested for. In a nut shell this is the page that will display if the exact page is not found is simply called a 404 error page. Up till now blogger error page was just a plan old design and was not customizable. But now blogger error pages use the same template. This will help template designers in making up their own custom 404 pages. Today I will be sharing with you own you can create your own custom 404 pages for your sites (Blog)
By default, your blogger error page will display this error message below:
Sorry, the page you were looking for in this blog not exist
Login to your blogger account and try to switch to the new interface if you are still using the old interface so that you can follow the this tutorial very well.
Click on setting and
click on search preference at the left hand side.
The click on edit button beside custom page not found.
Write whatever you want to display if you page is not found on the box that open
and then click save that all.
