Replacing your Blog profile with Google+ profile you the ability to easily share Blog post to your Google+ circle,immediately from your Blogger Dashboard.Doing this will give your reader a very good account of who you are ,i think this will also give you a higher page rank in google search.
For you to do this,you will have to replace your Blogger profile with your Google+ profile.
Step1:I believe you already have a Google+ profile,but if you don't have one yet click here to create one.
Step2:login to your blogger account
Step3:Visit www.blogger.com/switch-profile.g
Step4:Just tick i have read the above t&c and click the switch now button button.
